Pollo AI Pricing: Plans, Free Credits and a Cheaper API Alternative
Pollo AI pricing explained: subscription plans, free and daily credits, the Pollo API's $80 minimum top-up, whether Pollo AI is legit, and where reAPI costs less.
Pollo AI pricing has two separate parts. The pollo.ai app sells monthly or annual plans with a credit allowance, and each video or image spends credits. The Pollo API is a different product: it is billed in US dollars from a prepaid balance that starts at an $80 top-up, and its usage is kept separate from app credits[1][2].
We read Pollo's plan page, its credit FAQ and its API price list on October 5, 2026, and set the API prices next to reAPI's model pages for the models both platforms sell. reAPI is our product, so read the reAPI columns knowing the source. Pollo's API is cheaper than reAPI on some models, and we name those below instead of leaving them out silently.

How Pollo AI pricing works
The app is a credit subscription. Each plan adds a fixed number of credits every month, and the plan page translates them into a ceiling of videos or images, such as up to 80 videos a month on Lite[1]. Pollo does not publish how many credits each model spends per generation on its public pages, so you only see the exact cost inside the generator.

Pro and Ultra also let you choose a larger monthly allowance at a higher price, up to 3,000 and 12,000 credits[1]. Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits from add-on packs and bonus credits never expire, and add-on packs are sold only on some plans[1][3]. Prices are as shown on the plan page; Pollo says there are no hidden fees[1].
Does Pollo AI give free credits?
Yes, but on a small scale. Pollo's credit FAQ lists bonus credits earned through sign-up, daily check-ins and referrals, and says they never expire[3]. In May 2026 two r/generativeAI threads asked whether daily credits had been removed: one user said it used to be 25 free credits a week, and both reported that the redeem option now pointed to referrals instead[7].
Free use also comes with limits that matter for work. Watermark-free downloads, opting out of community sharing and privacy protection for shared content all require an active subscription[3]. Users have also posted about hitting Pollo's rate limits while testing on free accounts[8].
Pollo API pricing
The Pollo API lists a dollar price for each model, resolution and mode, and its pricing page compares many of them with fal's prices[2]. Top-up packages start at $80, with larger packages at $140, $350, $1,200 and $5,000. Customers who top up $5,000 can unlock limited-time discounts, such as 20% off GPT Image 2 and 25% off Nano Banana 2[4]. API usage is billed in dollars and does not use app credits.

The table uses Pollo's listed API price for text and image input and reAPI's default variant on each model page, both read on October 5, 2026. Pollo prices Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana 2 per image by resolution, and Wan per second of output[2].

A batch of 1,000 Nano Banana Pro images at 4K costs $240 at Pollo's API price and $33 on reAPI[2][5]. For video, a 10-second Wan 3.0 clip at 1080p is about $2.00 on Pollo and $1.42 on reAPI, and reAPI's Wan 3.0 and Wan 3.0 Prime pages (the latter listed as Wan 3.0 Video Prime) also list 2K and 4K tiers[2][6]. reAPI prices Nano Banana 2 at 0.5K and 1K the same, so the gap is smallest at 0.5K and grows at larger sizes.
Pollo is the better price on Kling 3.0: without audio it listed $0.066 per second for standard and $0.084 for pro, against $0.077 and $0.099 on reAPI. MiniMax H3 at 2K was $0.1188 on Pollo and $0.119 on reAPI[2][10]. Its GPT Image 2 and 2.5 prices are set by quality, and the low-quality tiers cost less than reAPI's flat per-resolution price, so we do not compare them here.

Can I use Pollo AI for free?
